WHAT ARE THE COMPONENTS OF THE INFORMATION SOCIETY?
The information society is configured in four elements: The users, the conteins, the environment and the telecomunication infrastructures.
Users
They are the agents
(individuals or organizations)
who create and use contents and services provided through the communication infrastructure. They are, therefore, the center around which the development of Information Society itself.
We have considered three types of agents in this group: Citizens, Companies and Public Administration

Environment
With this group is meant that the basic elements of the Information Society are developed in an economic and social environment which are not independent. Therefore, it is include in the concept of environment the factors that have a decisive influence on the development of Information Society, but they exist with independency of it.
